I started my career as a Registered Occupational Therapist, working in both acute care and rehabilitation settings for 15 years. In 2005, I decided to take my expertise in functional movement analysis and program design along with my personal enthusiasm for fitness and became a private trainer and group exercise instructor.
In 2017, after 10 years of fitness center management experience, I became certified in corrective conditioning and functional aging. I now specialize in active aging, functional training and training individuals with medical conditions.
I use exercise as medicine to help improve health, reduce pain and help clients live a more active lifestyle. Exercise can manage and/or help prevent a vast number of medical conditions. Let me guide you towards the path that is right for you, that you will enjoy and be able to maintain.
